Advocacia Arthur Rios is a traditional law firm, founded in 1962. It was the third to obtain registration with the Goiás section of the Brazilian Bar Association. Its founding partner gives the bank its name.
Civil Law, the scientific basis for Real Estate Law, is also one of the areas of activity at Advocacia Arthur Rios. Dr. Arthur Rios taught different areas of this subject for over thirty years at the Federal University of Goiás.
Advocacia Arthur Rios was one of the first firms in Brazil to specialize in Real Estate Law. Its founder, Dr. Arthur Rios, was the first person to defend the scientific autonomy of this area of the law in Brazil.
